The mask that has successfully converted my man, resulting in him interfering with my bathroom time, and him barraging into my medicine cabinet. Lily Farm Fresh Skin Care gets most of the credit.
Have you been staying up late? Twitter or Instagram keeping you up at night? Does your under eye circles and sullen complexion make you regret your late night cuddling with your phone the next morning? I feel you, sister! There are some quick fixes that can cover-up your tired skin: concealer, a red lip, and when in doubt, sunglasses.
But sometimes, our skin is just screaming for some tender loving care. Pressed for time, rather than DIY-ing my usual masks, I decided to surprise my face with a new facial experience and tried out Lily Farm Fresh Skin Care’s Rejuvenating Enzyme Mask. This mask is packed with all-natural organic ingredients, including pineapple, papaya, and organic honey. According to Lily Farm Fresh Skin Care, the ingredients in their mask defeat the impossible in skincare dreams:
Honey is used as a humectant which draws needed moisture to the skin. Papaya and Pineapple contain proven protein digestive enzymes which dissolve dead skin cells, adding new luster and increasing the effectiveness of all other skin care products (especially the moisturizer). Comfrey, which is said to have skin regenerative properties, is in our mask as a cell proliferant. Healing Lily helps minimize the scars and diminish fine lines. Horsetail has a high silica content and helps rebuild collagen. Mint is a stimulus to help draw blood to the area. Vitamins C and E are antioxidants which can slow down the aging process of free radical damage.
While the mask is a tacky consistency, it’s rather think and only slightly drips after being applied to the skin. I left it on for about half an hour, and rinsed thoroughly with luke warm water. The mask left my complexion smooth, and actually rejuvenated. There was no need to put on blusher that day, since I had a natural glow on my cheeks.
My man has been complaining that his complexion has been, I quote, “awful,” lately. I decided to rescue his dire skin situation by
forcing insisting that he try the Rejuvenating Enzyme Mask. Disregarding the fact that he did not want “that sticky stuff” on his face, I slapped a good amount on him and made him watch Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Youtube for half an hour. After he finished watching Harrison Ford pierce Jimmy’s ear, it was time for him to wash off the mask. Coming out of the bathroom, he declared that his face “feels really smooth!” A couple days later, I caught him sneakily applying the mask on himself. I’m sure he’s beginning to understand why I spend so much time in the bathroom.
